At this point the BugHunt has been running for around 5-6 weeks, and participation level has been pretty poor. I am not even talking about the number of bugs, or the number of downloads, but the number of participants. With a whopping seven participants total and four active participants, we're left thinking that the majority of you hate us, and don't really want to spend a week with us. In order to adress this issue and other things, we have made some changes:
New Prizes
For those of you, that can't stand us, don't want to hang with us, and therefore don't want to come down to Austin. We've added the option of you choosing one of the items below:
JIRA
We've implemted JIRA within the last several weeks. We hope this will further lower the barrier for everyone to participate. Finally, you guys can create your own accounts, and immediatley start participating. In the future we plan on using a simple the voting system to prioritize bugs, and will endeavour to make the ticket/development process more transparent. So please sign up and follow the new template when creating tickets:
Leaderboard
We've also tallied up the confirmed point count over the last several weeks. And a leaderboard has been published, we will make sure that we keep this up to date over the coming weeks. As of now, it looks like Ricardo is leading the pack. We all hope you guys will make him sweat a little over the next several weeks. The leaderboard can be accessed here.
